How We Price Our Renovation Services

If you are wondering about pricing, generally a 10' by 10' room by us costs about $199 to $299. 

For Larger rooms, the cost is $10 per extra linear foot beyond 10' by 10' along the baseboard. We don't charge more for higher ceilings, but we usually limit the high we do to 9 feet for safety reasons.

A pricing example: a 12' by 10' (4 total feet more) will run about $239 to $339. Prices WILL vary based on if walls already have trim or if excessive/heavy furniture is required to be moved. 

The prices listed above are a fair estimate, but please remember that the true cost can only be equated when all details are considered. 

All prices listed do not include cost of materials, but don't worry: $30-$60 of paint has covered nearly every job we have done - about 2 to 4 gallons. 

Remodeling of handrails will run at $10 per linear foot not including supplies needed.
